Easy Stranger

Stranger and Sons Gin, Elderflower Syrup, Raspberry, Balsamic Vinegar, Pepper and Strawberry Preserve Rim



Ingredients

60mls Stranger and Sons Gin, 

10mls Elderflower Syrup, 

20mls Raspberry Puree, 

2.5mls Balsamic Vinegar, 

Pepper 

Strawberry Preserve Rim

Glass


Mixology

Rim glass with strawberry preserve and ground Black Pepper.
Shake with ice 60mls Stranger and Sons Gin, 10mls Elderflower Syrup, 20mls Raspberry Puree, and 2.5mls Balsamic Vinegar, 
Double strain over ice into the glass

Garnish

Orange twist and raspberries on a cocktail stick


Ambassador of Insomnia

Strawberry-infused Jack Daniels whiskey, Laphroaig 10-year-old Single malt whisky, Homemade Garam Masala and Jaggery syrup, Mud Apple (Sapodillas), and Angostura Bitters.



Ingredients

50mls Strawberry-infused Jack Daniels whiskey, 

10mls Laphroaig 10-year-old Single malt whisky,

15mls Homemade Garam Masala and Jaggery syrup, 

1 Mud Apple (Sapodillas)

2 dash Angostura Bitters.

Orange twist

How to make Homemade Garam Masala and Jaggery syrup

Cook 1 old-fashioned glass of Jaggery with 4 teaspoons of Garam masala powder and 1 old-fashioned glass of water. Cook at low temperature until Jaggery has completely liquified.
Allow to cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate.

Mixology

Muddle 1 Mud Apple (Sapodillas), add ice, 15mls Homemade Garam Masala and Jaggery syrup, 50mls Strawberry-infused Jack Daniels whiskey, 10mls Laphroaig 10-year-old Single malt whisky, and 2 dashes Angostura Bitters. 
Shake and double-strain over an ice block in an Old fashioned glass.
Flambe an Orange twist over the drink and place it into the cocktail.

Garnish

Slice of Mud Apple and Half a strawberry on top of the Ice block


Chikmagalur Negroni

Campari, Grovers La Reserve, Jaisalmer Gin, Espresso



Ingredients

20mls Campari, 

20mls Grovers La Reserve, 

20mls Jaisalmer Gin, 

40mls Espresso

Mixology

Shake with ice 20mls Campari, 20mls Grovers La Reserve, 20mls Jaisalmer Gin, 40mls Espresso, remove ice and dry shake.

Pour into a chilled Martini Glass.

Garnish

3 espresso beans


Old Fashioned Connaught 

Coconut-infused Glenfiddich 12-year-old single malt whisky with Roasted Almond, Winter Spice, Apple Syrup and Angostura Bitters, and Orange Twist



Ingredients

60mls Coconut-infused Glenfiddich 12-year-old single malt whisky

15mls Roasted Almond, Winter Spice, Apple Syrup

2 dashes Angostura Bitters,

Orange Twist

Roasted Almond, Winter Spice, Apple Demarama Syrup

In a saucepan, Roast 20 cracked Almonds, 3 Cinnamon sticks, 3 Cloves, 10 black Peppers, and 2 wings of Star Anise. Once roasted, add 1 Old fashioned glass of Apple Juice, half an Old Fashioned glass of Sugar and 1 Grated Nutmeg. Cook in a saucepan and simmer at low temperature until the mix reduces by 50%.

You should have a pleasant spicy taste.

Allow to cool, strain, bottle and Refrigerate

With ice stir 60mls of Coconut-infused Glenfiddich 12-year-old single malt whisky, 15mls Roasted Almond, Winter Spice, Apple Syrup, and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters,

Double strain over an ice block into an Old fashioned Glass

Garnish

Coconut Chunk with some spice and Almond on top


Spirit of Saqui

Maya Pistola Reposado Agave Pura, Honey water, Ginger, Corriander, Green chilli, Lime Juice and Chaat Masala.



Ingredients

60mls Maya Pistola Reposado Agave Pura, 

15mls Honey water, 

30mls Lime Juice 

1 slice Ginger, 

1 stalk Corriander

2 small slices of Green chilli 

1 spoon Chaat Masala

Honey water,

Mix half honey, and half boiling water and stir together.

Allow cooling, then bottle and refrigerate.

Mixology

Muddle 1 slice of Ginger, add 1 ripped-up stalk of Corriander, 1 spoon Chaat Masala, 2 small pieces of Green chilli, ice, 60mls Maya Pistola Reposado Agave Pura, 15mls Honey water, and 30mls Lime Juice.

Shake and Double strain into a chilled Martini Glass

Mandala Evening Dream

Hendrick's Gin, Cammonmile tea, Pomegranate, Homemade Fennel Syrup


Ingredients

60mls Hendrick's Gin, 

45mls Camomile tea, 

45mls Pomegranate Juice 

15mls Homemade Fennel Syrup

How to Make Fennel Syrup

Roast in a saucepan a quarter of an old-fashioned glass of fennel seeds. Once roasted, add half an Old Fashioned of Sugar and 1 Old Fashioned of Water.

Cook at low temperature until it reduces by about 50%, allow to cool, strain and bottle, then refrigerate

Mixology

Shake with ice, 60mls Hendrick's Gin, 45mls Camomile tea, 45mls Pomegranate juice, and 15mls Homemade Fennel Syrup.
Shake and double strain into a Chilled Margarita Glass.

Garnish

Thin Strip of Cammonmile tea on top

East India

Gold Sparrow Sangiovese Red wine, Red Apple, Blackberry, Salt, with a Caramelised Onion, Nutmeg and Apple shrub, Angostura Bitters.



Ingredients

150mls Gold Sparrow Sangiovese Red Wine, 

Half a Red Apple, 

30mls Blackberry puree 

1 pinch of Salt, 

15mls Caramelised Onion, Nutmeg and Apple shrub.

1 dash Angostura Bitters

How to make Caramelised Onion, Nutmeg and Apple shrub

In a saucepan, add 1 teaspoon of Apple cider vinegar and half a chopped-up Onion; cook in a saucepan, constantly stirring Onion, until the Onion Caramelises; add 1 Old fashioned glass of Apple juice, Half an Old Fashioned glass of sugar, 1 ground nutmeg. Cook in a saucepan at low temperature until the mix reduces by 50%.
Allow to Cool, strain, bottle and add 20mls of apple cider vinegar.
Refrigerate.

Mixology

Muddle half a Red apple and add ice, 30ml Blackberry puree, 1 pinch of Salt, 15ml Caramelised Onion, Nutmeg and Apple shrub, 1 dash of Angostura Bitters and 150mls Gold Sparrow Sangiovese Red Wine.

Shake and Double strain into a Large Wine Glass.

Grey Goose Vodka, Pear, Prune, Cinnamon Chai, Honey water



Ingredients

60mls Grey Goose Vodka, 

1/2 Pear, 

4 Prune, 

30mls Cinnamon Chai, 

10mls Honey water

Cinnamon Chai,

Boil water and pour over 1 black tea bag and 5 cinnamon sticks; allow brewing.

Remove the tea bag after 4 minutes; this will enable the cinnamon to steep for another hour,

Brandy balloon

Mixology

muddle half a pear and 4 prunes, add ice, 30mls Cinnamon Chai, 10mls Honey water, and 60mls Grey Goose vodka.
Shake and double strain into a Brandy Balloon.

Garnish

Pear slice and Prune suggest guests eat these with the cocktail.

Lost in Wink 

Blended Scotch, Islay Malt, Gingembre Syrup, Honey Water, Lime Juice, Red Apple


Ingredients 

60mls Blended Scotch
15mls Islay Malt
5mls Gingembre Syrup
10mls Honey (Watered down)
30mls Lime Juice
half Red Apple

In a Cobbler shaker, Muddle half a Red apple, add gingerbread syrup and blended scotch. lime juice and runny honey, Fill the tin with ice and give it a hard shake. 
Double strain on the rocks in a chilled old fashion. Using the back of a bar spoon, layer 15ml Islay malt on top.

60mls Light Rum
30mls Brandy
30 mls Gin
30mls Dark Rum
30mls Lime Juice
30mls Pineapple Juice
30mls Orange Juice Orange Juice
30mls Cranberry Juice

Collins

Mixology:

In a Boston shaker, add all ingredients except the dark rum
Fill the shaker with ice and give it a hard shake, and double strain it in a collins glass
Using the back of a bar spoon, top up 30ml of dark rum to give a dark layer on top of the cocktail

in a mixing glass, add gin with lots of ice, add dry vermouth stir it gently
served in a frosted chilled martini glass.

Ingredients

60mls Mint Tea
6 leaves Mint
10mls Sugar Syrup
20mls Lime Juice

Small Wine Glass

Mixology

Boil a teapot of water, add 1 handful of mint and steep for 5 minutes
remove mint, and chill in the fridge
slap mint, add mint tea, lime juice, sugar syrup and ice into a shaker
shake and Double strain into a wine glass
